                              SONDHEIM AND ME

Concert pianist Anthony DeMare has commissioned several composers to create piano arrangements of Sondheim songs in a project called  Liaisons:  Re-Imagining Sondheim at the Piano.  My contribution is "You Could Drive a Person Crazy," which will be performed in concert over the next year in honor of Sondheim's 80th birthday.

                        ONCE IN THE HIGHLANDS...

The Musical of Musicals (the musical) , one of the shows I created with Joanne Bogart,  is running in Greenock, Scotland.

                     SCHOOL OF ROCKWELL

The TADA! Theatre Company will be devoting their entire 2011-2012 season to Rockwell musicals!  

It begins in the fall with The History Mystery, a show I created in collaboration with Nina Trevens and Margaret Rose.  That will be followed by Everything About School (almost), a musical revue I conceived with many of my colleagues from the BMI Musical Theatre Workshop.  

For the final show of the season, TADA! has commissioned a new piece from the team of Rockwell and Bogart.  The story is set in 1977, so feather your hair, put on your polyester, and prepare yourself for a far-out new disco musical!
